PointsBet Key Features
Live Betting
The Live Betting feature on Pointsbet is very comprehensive including events from all over the world, even E-Sports. It has a dedicated section that can be found from the main navigation bar or menu under “Live”. At this time, Pointsbet also offers Live Streaming capabilities for many of the games available in the Live Betting section. There isn’t a specific section for Live Streamed games but you can find them notes by a little red play symbol.
Same Game Parlays
Parlays involving multiple bets from the same game are becoming very popular in sports betting. Games available for Same Game Parlay are noted by a red “SGP” symbol. Once you click on the game, all of the markets available for you to select are listed under the “Same Game Parlay” tab. Pointsbet takes it to the next level with the ability to place Live Same Game Parlays on NFL and NBA games during timeouts or other breaks during the play.
Early Cash Out
Pointsbet does a great job offering an Early Cash Out on lots of their available markets. The Cash Out option is available for most single pre-match bets and even some of their Live Betting markets. Games or markets that are supported by the Cash Out option are marked with a grey “Cash Out” symbol.
Casino
Pointsbet does have a casino that is nicely integrated with their sportsbook. Customers can easily switch between sports and casino through the website or app without having to log in again.
Loyalty Program
Unlike most of its competitors, which only offer rewards programs to their casino players, Pointsbet offers a rewards program to their sportsbook customers. You can earn points on every bet you place on Pointsbet except for bets using Bonus Funds. The number of points you earn is based on the amount you bet and the type of bet (fixed vs parlay). These rewards never expire and can be exchanged for bonus bets.
